Actress and politician Khushbu Sundar who recently joined BJP, met with an accident this morning and escaped unhurt. She immediately took to Twitter about the incident.
She was near Melmaruvathur when the accident happened. A tanker lorry had crammed onto their car.
This incident happened as she travelled from Chennai for attending BJP’s Vetrivel Yatra in Cuddalore. A police investigation has been requested to cross-check the uneventful occurrence.
The driver of the tanker lorry that contained washing machines was arrested for further investigation on the event of rash driving.
The actresses’ car has been damaged from the left and in the center however, the actress escaped without sustaining any injuries.
She sustained a small shoulder pain due to the bang against the door due to the force at which the lorry hit.
She thanked Lord Murugan in a tweet and continued on her journey for the event.
